Quit. Relapse. Quit. Relapse. You’re caught in this cycle like a hamster on a wheel. And if you had a dollar for every time you said you were going to give up smoking, you could buy an island. (Ok, we’re exaggerating but you get the point.) But talk is cheap and you truly want to be the one bragging on Facebook that you’ve been smoke-free for 10 years. If only you could get off that hamster wheel for good, leave the cage and be free. Well, you can – but you’re going to need a hand.
