HOW TO USE NICABATE LOZENGES

How to use: One lozenge to be placed in the mouth and be allowed to dissolve to be effective. From time to time, move the lozenge from one side of the mouth to the other.

  • 4mg Lozenge – smokers of 20 or more a day
  • 2mg Lozenge – smokers of 20 or less a day

Actively manage your cravings with Nicabate® Lozenges

Some quitters prefer to actively manage their nicotine cravings themselves using an oral lozenge as an alternative to patches.

Nicabate® Lozenges allow you to quickly tackle your toughest cravings when they happen. As they're taken orally, they're also a useful distraction from the habit of smoking a cigarette. They're easy to keep handy and are discreet to use.

During a 12-week programme, you should take one lozenge every one to two hours for the first 6 weeks, with a maximum of 15 a day to help you manage cravings. After six weeks you should step down to one lozenge every two to four hours. Then at week 10, you should be down to one lozenge every four to eight hours.

Nicabate® Lozenges allow you to actively manage your cravings, simply and quickly, when you need to.
